Refund & Returns Policy

You may return unused, unopened and resaleable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Trade Bench members receive an extended returns window of up to 60 days.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened rolls (cushioning, paper, tape) and adhesive consumables cannot be returned once opened or partly used, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@dynatune.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping for faulty goods.

Email support@dynatune.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Please pack items so they arrive back in resaleable condition.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund in full.

Trade Bench membership can be cancelled at any time. Access and benefits continue until the end of the current billing period; membership fees for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.
